Dinner in Atlanta second night.
Ray's in the City.
Best wedge ever served with baby gem romaine and drizzled with balsamic.
I had the blackened seafood plater, my wife had broiled.
Hot lemon butter cake served with ice cream and blueberry compote.

Now you’re making me miss getting a reservation at Ray’s last winter when I was there for a conference. We called, but they were booked a week out at that time. Looks amazing.

Made a Tomahawk steak for the first time last night. Well seasoned and cooked at 500 degrees F on a Traeger grill with mesquite wood pellets. No need to reverse sear as the seasoning made a good outside crust. Paired it with a dry Italian chianti and it was delicious!

Trying out some different steaks tonight:
Water Buffalo ribeye, slankers farms tri tip, and good ole snake river filets. All started indirect hot (450ish) til about 115, then direct heat sear til 140. Kissed with garlic butter.

Also garlic and chive smashed taters, garlic butter roasted creminis, and crispy cauliflower.

Roger, we ate there daily for lunch, everything we ordered was perfection, very rare in my opinion. Looking forward to our next trip to Ray's

^^^ looks delicious!

We’re on our 4th week in the RV, and thinking this isn’t too bad for an RV dinner. Grilled romaine, fingerling potatoes and dry rubbed pork chop. Served with a cold Hefeweizen.

Thanks guys. We love to cook at home so no reason to eat out all the time on the road. That said, we have limited cookware and cooking space so we have to get creative sometimes.
