Thanks, it's from 1978. Ref is 9983-8000 and it was the most expensive stainless steel watch offered by Seiko in the 1970s catalogs (Grand Seiko included) at 230,000 yen. SBGE255, I still think this watch looks phenomenal and the light blue accents are amazing, but will honestly probably end up listing it for sale pretty soon, it just isn't something I see myself wearing a lot.
