Dinner tonight to celebrate our first week as small business owner. Started a retirement gig selling handcrafted soaps, candles, wax melts, and lotion bars. The first week was an amazing success.

Sorry for the crappy pictures. I forgot to take pics of the brisket after being sliced (smoked overnight for 15 hours with Hickory - on the table covered in tinfoil.) .. too busy cutting it and making sure it didn't get cold and then there were hands/fingers "sampling" the freshly cut brisket...
