Sunday was Seafood extravaganza night at the casa starting with locally caught big thick juicy bluefin tuna 🍣 steaks off the coast. Yellow tail and wild caught red shrimp 🦐. Paired with a wonderful Vouvray. Buon appetito!

Went to a favorite sushi place in Tijuana Mexico last night and the waiter said he had something special for me. They just put on a large saltwater tank with live Crabs and Lobsters. We picked a crab and the sushi chief turned it into a wonderful plate. A bottle of Chardonnay and dinner was complete.

Tri-Tip and shrimp with baby potatoes, corn on the cob, grilled peppers, mushrooms and zucchini. Chocolate cheesecake for dessert and plenty of wine to accompany the meal.

Tried slow cooking pork ribs on the grill last night. Took over 2 hours but came out good. Dry rubbed, cover and in refrigerator for 24 hours. Definitely a must as the flavors really come out. Platted with; corn on the cob (cooked in husk on grill), coleslaw and ranch style beans. I was so hungry I didn't get a plate pic!

Ribs look good as do the rest sound...tho no pics for proof...
