Here it is, and if I may say so myself it came out good.

And before you ask, yes that is mustard on the plate. Goes well with the salted pork in the soup.

Accompanied by heated Swedish Punch it was delish.

This is what it looked like.

I swear there was no seasoning expect for salt. The color is just what it naturally turns to once you grill it.


It taste like steak. Red meat. My wife, who doesn't care much for fish, had a small piece and asked me when I was going fishing again!!!! :thu mbsup:

It's an old stupid American law, (not the only one) that prohibits Salami to be imported to the US.

Only Salami allowed is US made.
