Congrats! Amazing piece! Mine Nadal says hello!
I have a feeling you will be soon looking to acquire 011 or 04? It is always in the back of my mind since my Nadal purchase... |

RM is on vacation most of Aug and won't start producing again until Sept. RM AD inventory is extremely limited at this time (and has been for 3-4 months). Was told by RM (US) that they are 'calibrating' inventory and demand (whatever that means). They also (like most brands) are really starting to run highly desirable pieces through Boutiques rather than AD's, which makes the discount much more limited. Demand is at an all time high according to US exec (don't know how much of that is sales talk...but wouldn't surprise me) which is further limiting availability. The piece I want is impossible in the States right now and am told Oct by head of RM in US In the mean time, looking forward to more joining the RM experience and PLEASE keep those amazing pics coming! |

RMs are extremely awesome watches. The little that I have learned (so far) about these watches have left me super impressed. Really well differentiated from PP and ALS and other HH brands.
Paul, Roger, Edo - could you kindly PM me with any tips on buying an RM 011? I am interested in just a basic titanium version, preferably pre-owned. What should one expect to pay, any notable items that are must have or affect value tremendously? How much is the servicing cost? Thanks in advance! |

What's the difference between an RM005 and RM010? Would these be considered "less desirable" RMs?

RM11 Ti should be available 70-75 pre-owned; used to be lower than that but prices are moving higher as supply so limited. Condition if course crucial - scratches no issue, but dents etc will lead to a potentially hefty repair bill. Servicing in Europe is about CHF3500 - I can't comment on US servicing prices. Full set of course vital and the papers must be fully and I mean fully completed. Dated, stamped by an AD and of course signed with all the correct details noted. You can also run the serial number through trusted.com to check the watch is the correct model for the serial number.

What about the RM010? What should one pay pre-owned for Titanium and Rose Gold?

50 at most is what I would pay if I wanted a 10 but dealers tend to ask rather more than that. 11 much better value IMHO. As I have said before if you need a smaller case buy a 2 tourbillon for 120 or less!

What are everyone's thoughts on the RM030? I was looking through a bunch of RM's and quite a few of the 30's caught my eye, especially the white ceramic version. Is it a justified premium over the 10?

I like it, but then again I find the 10 too small. It's not much cheaper than the 11, though, so I'm not sure why you'd take 9 steps and not the tenth.

The LeMans is fun and there are several other 030's that are appealing. I would certainly take a 030 over a 010.
