Simple dishes turn out amazing as well.
Pork tenderloin that has been brined in brown sugar and bay leaf with a few juniper berries.
And a sublime white port and french mushroom saus with just a tiniest bit of Ricard
And fresh fries ofc

For Easter dinner we cooked beef short ribs with horseradish polenta. Served with the 2013 Chappellet Cab Franc.

Celebrating paying off our mortgage with an amazing mid week dinner of venison tenderloin, with a red wine and port reduction sauce with some great wines to go with it.
