Simple dishes turn out amazing as well.
Pork tenderloin that has been brined in brown sugar and bay leaf with a few juniper berries.
And a sublime white port and french mushroom saus with just a tiniest bit of Ricard
And fresh fries ofc

Happy Easter!! 100% Grass Fed start to finish Niman Ranch Filet Mignon and Baby Portobellos deglazed with Eagle Rare Kentucky Bourbon and finished with Heavy Cream!!

For Easter dinner we cooked beef short ribs with horseradish polenta. Served with the 2013 Chappellet Cab Franc.
