Hi everyone, I see I missed a few posts.
Mireyna, Ileana is way to cute, you might want to think now about a chastity belt. It's never to early to get prepared for the future!!!

Nancy, sorry to hear about the ankle. I'm sure the doctor would definitely prescribe large quantities of wine to ease your pain. Just remember to eat a little before imbibing!!!

If a fund gets started for Ronan you can count me in for a donation. It tears at my heart to see that young man suffer!!!

well, i'm here for the nuts, and boy, do they ache!

thass right, 'ol dan is off the deep end tonight. that's because i was over at my friend's restaurant, and we had lots of tapas, and the tequila salespeople came by, and boy oh boy, the young servers, the sales persons(read that women), and the booze, plus my friend's 'personal assistant'. a trip back into youthful fantasies......

Thanks Lisa! Had a great time. Last night was our "department" year end event. Tonight is the whole staff. Hopefully the predicted rain holds off 'cause it's an outside event!

Morning Nancy.

Just about ready for your vacation to start huh?
I didn't get everything done that I had planned to yesterday so today I'll try to finish that list and start a few new things.
My son's friends descended on the house yesterday morning but he had chores to do. It was cool to see them dig in and help with his chores in order to "free" him sooner. It kind of slowed me down because I gave them their space to hang out and then I had pizza delivered so I really wasn't able to do all my work. Today he has (more chores ), a friend coming over and then a pool party across town. It's quite a life.
Unfortunately he only has a little while to enjoy all this free time because starting July 6 he attends karate camp every day.

Geez. I'd love to work for pizza! Where's MY chore list!

Is the karate camp a full day thing every day? Close to home?

Mornin' Bill. I made it! By sometime this afternoon I intend to be lying on my couch doing absolutely nothing, even if it's only for 30 minutes! Looking forward to creating my own "chore" list. I do that every summer vacation. It usually begins with tossing out junk! Have a great day, and I'll catch you here later!

Hi, Jimmy! Can I call you Jimmy?

Joe, I wonder how big news days affect your schedule? Half expected you wouldn't be around for a few days but am glad you are.

YAY vacation. Enjoy your couch time.
Yes karate camp is day camp at his dojo. It's less than a mile from home. It lasts from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm every day. They have some extra classes and the kids play a lot of dodgeball or read, learn/practice weapons etc. There is a park down the street where they play outside and every Friday is a field trip. My boy is old enough and advanced enough that he's more like a councelor than a camper and he stays after camp is over and teaches the younger kid's evening classes. All in all it's a pretty positive experience.

Work more the political side of the news. Man, you should have seen the hits on the servers hosting the websites and mobile phone content. Outside of war or severe death and destruction, not many stories are global in nature. This one is big.

I tried to get on last night to send a pm of thanks to a member here.

It was painfully slow, slowest I've ever known Broadband...finally got onto TRF at 11pm and saw the first thread in the OD was named Michael Jackson.

Left the pc whirring and went down with Claire to put the news on.

Try rechargable batteries. Don't last as long, but cheaper to use in the long run. The wife's has a kick starter and she don't need no stinken batteries. Her nickname is Butch.
