Not to be insulting at all, but if I was forced to drink that wine, I would gladly spiff it up a bit with whatever was to be found on the table… coke, 7up, coffee, salt, jalapeños…. lol

I just had a Maker's Mark with maple syrup. People looked at me funny but it was delicious. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1424139778.259791.jpg

About to crack open a bottle of 15 year Glendronach single malt scotch (sherry cask) and have a dram... the sherry cask really makes it a keeper.

Plastique999 Great Bottle!

Did it live up to it's TASTING NOTES?

ON THE NOSE
On the nose, aromas of almond and powdered cocoa develop gradually into white fruit with hints of dried flowers. Classic toasted notes give a rounded finish and denote a fully realized maturity.

ON THE PALATE
On the palate, the wine instantly traces an astoundingly fine line between density and weightlessness. Its precision is extreme, tactile, dark and chiselled. The full taste lingers with the utmost elegance on a sappy, spicy note.

The perfect 'tool' beer to go with the perfect tool timepiece. A craft Colorado brew that packs perfectly in our climbing packs for a weekend on the crags.

Cheers!
