Hi guys considering my first VC would you recommend the VC overseas blue dial, overseas Chrono blue dial or the VCO rose gold blue dial?
I guess to be fair since the watches are all at different prices, which would you pick for its price and why? Thank you! |

All very different watches. But if price is not an issue the VCO rose gold is fire.

Thanks for your recommendations! For the sunburst blue dial, does it shade towards “royal blue”/iPhone 12 blue especially when reflecting light? Wondering if anyone can comment on the dial colour, especially say to compare to 15202/5711. Will the sunburst dial take away from the niceness of the watch.
Thank you! Called my boutique they say there will be a gold piece available so I’m really considering it! |

Current collection is primarily Rolex and AP. I've been thinking about getting a blue overseas dual time. How difficult is it to get one of these from the AD? There is a vacheron AD near me, but I have not done business with them before. Will they make me jump through hoops like Rolex?

Incoming, my first overseas. Apologies for dust specks. The watch looks huge on my 6.5 wrists up close and in pictures but from normal distances it actually looks a lot better than I was worried it might. Even so, I think 40mm or even 39 would be the sweet spot. My grail would be the skeletonized perpetual overseas, but iirc that is even larger than the 3 hander, so it may be crossing the line.

These watches are absolutely beautiful. Does VC discount at their retail stores? I really wanted to get a new AP, but I'm not paying 2-3x price for a Blue. There is a store in Miami, which is about an hour away. I love the overseas in Blue.

Official vacheron overseas thread!!
Loving the VC overseas 5500 Chrono, especially the reverse panda. Visited boutique today at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, CA. They had reverse panda and another one coming in a week or two. I could have bought it today even though someone else had a deposit because the first buyer wasn't coming to collect for a few weeks, after the new one arrived.

Stunning. This one is my favorite. Tried it on at the NY boutique and like the size much better than the 3 handers. That’s an awesome dial! Would love to own this one someday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Official vacheron overseas thread!!

Not only are they available, the VC Boutique personnel are polite, extremely professional, and accommodating ... offering me the opportunity to purchase that watch even though it had a deposit from an INTL buyer, who was coming back to the store after they would receive another incoming reverse panda. Amazing! This wasn't my first time asking and being provided an opportunity. The below pictures are from 2019 when I first asked about this particular VC Chrono. I forgot to mention another 3 reasons to buy the VC chrono —- which I was reminded of when posting these pics. The watch comes with a quick-connect integrated bracelet and watch head, which makes getting a fully adjustable bracelet (yes a screw for each SS link) in addition to a black rubber strap, a leather strap, and an extra deployment buckle/clasp. In addition, had I bought the watch, the boutique would have thrown in an addition leather bracelet in whatever color I wanted. |

Does anyone know how much the rubber strap costs?
