Duece- no worries, “real deal” is kind of corny phrase but fits in this case and I wasn’t sure if we wrote at the same time across the ether of the internet or you were inspired by my post. Either way, all good! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I’ve owned several. The clasp I’d say is the weak point. It’s a very comfortable watch on wrist. I am waiting for the black 41mm with white lumed dial. Maybe this one will stick. Maybe. I think it’s a value for money type brand. Certainly a nice beater depending on mindset.

For me the watch finally clicked when I stopped looking at the SDR (black coated bezel) versions. I got the steel bezel one, fully tegimented. It's a cool watch and I agree on the comfort. I find it relatively unforgiving when it comes to style - anything fancy just doesn't pair well with it, but it's a perfect match for casual jeans/shorts & t-shirt.
The tegimented steel seems very scratch-proof, though I haven't given it a very hard time. Note that the tegimented steel is darker colour than normal steel, so I'd recommend going all-in on the tegiment. Otherwise you'll have an annoying colour difference between case & bezel. I can recommend the watch, but I have to add a personal note that I find it too heavy, so I'm probably selling it. It's neither heavier than a modern sub (around 150g on a sized bracelet) nor unbalanced at all, so it's is very much a personal preference. You shouldn't worry at all about the weight if you're used to wearing steel sport watches. |
