I am not a chrono chap, but this 42mm two-reg Tudor has got me thinking...

Great work on the case, and the knurling looks superb

Would look fantastic on a nice leather strap...

Cheers

Seems there are 2 dial choices:

Grey on Black
or
Black on Grey

Which dial do you prefer?

Okay never considered a Tudor before. But that looks like my next watch. Beautiful!

If there is somehow a group buy count me in.
Now just need to sell my Deepsea...

Think I prefer the black on grey, but would need to see 'em both for real.
Will be straight along to the AD when these are in...

Tudor will not unfortunately be released to UK dealers for another 18 - 24 months, which is frustrating for all of us, this is also dependant on Rolex Uk wanting to bring the brand back to the UK, the same also applies for Rolex USA....

The probem is Rolex, vintage Rolex, AND Tudor fans all want one. That means long lines, huge premiums, and lots of frustration.
But, someday you'll be mine!

I think this new Tudor could reach Icon status and hold its own among the Speedmaster and the Daytona. Just think what Tudor may come up with in 2011

OMG this watch is a sweet deal. I'd rather buy this over a daytona any day of the week. What's cool is it will come with both a bracelet and strap. Giddyup!

Hahaha...true. But I don't expect to travel over there until a couple years down the road. Maybe I have to move my trip up a little then.

I am not familiar with the Tudor brand . Can anyone give me a primer? Is it related to Rolex? Also, just curious why there is so much praise for this new model? Is it because the original is coveted by collectors?

Wow!

What a nice surprise! This model looks terrific and now is officially on my radar. Congrats to Tudor for giving the consumer what it wants for a change.
