Really...don't you think they look too similar, ie both all grey. Yes I know they are different watches, but to me very similar in finish.

Thanks! I looked at several meteorite dials before deciding to buy; and this one in particular just sent me over the cliff. The thing about meteorite, for me, is that every dial has a unique metallic, icy, reflective design.

I've seen the WG Meteorite dial up close and in person. Even had the black strap version on my wrist. It's a phenomenonly gorgeous watch. Even my wife liked it's looks. If money were no object, I would get one in a New York minute.

Sometimes, the 'problem' I have with Meteorite, is that I get caught up comparing whether the dial looks better facing east or west at different times of the day. The light makes the icy metallic patterns and reflections look a little different every time I glance at it.... it never looks the same twice.

of the choices i would get the black dial, however, if i could get any rolex i would get a super condition Paul Newman Daytona or a Explorer II Steve Mcqueen.

It wouldn't be a Daytona but a pre daytona 6234 without a doubt.

I'm not big fan of chrono or other busy dialed watches except world timer type.
Money no object? I'll pick vintage sub/gmt.
