I never intend to sleep with my watch, but sometimes one just passes out and forgets. I woke up one morning and slept on my hand wrong and the bracelet cut off the circulation and I could not feel my hand for 10minutes. Now I make sure to take it off.
While I don't plan on doing it with my new TT daytona, I wear my speedy when working on my vehicles (google my user name here and you can see I am big into British). The crystal is perfect, but the bracelet, case and especially the bezel show the battle scars. |

All other times but not sleeping or showering, though sometimes these when not at home.
It's built tougher than me, so I don't worry about it, if I'm doing it, it can. I'd worry about it more if I left it somewhere. I take it off from time to time but can't stand not having it right by me. The worst thing that ever happened was down at Margaret River exercising my right as a West Australian to frolic in big surf irrespective of my ability or sobriety . I got munched by the first wave of a large set and by the the time the fifth wave finished with me I floated to the surface dazed and confused holding my watch in my closed fist. That re-focussed me pretty quick. If I lost it or it got stolen, I'd be gutted way way beyond the cost of replacing it (which would clean me out). I can't replace it; I could only go out and buy another one the next day, which I'd do, but I couldn't replace it. |

Sleep: yes.
Shower: no, soap scum. Active: yes, but prefer to use one on a strap; a metal bracelet annoys me on a jog. |

Sometimes to all of the above except jogging. I've never jogged with it on, don't really want to with a metal bracelet. I'll use my timex ironman for jogging.

I wear mine all day long, except golf, sleep, and when typing on my macbook - the silver finish and my watches don't like each other !
