world Rolex dosen't care that much as in US. But when you do a trademark infringement to the name or the logo you are in trouble I guess. One guy here (now suspended) do some posters and get in trouble when he print them but in Europe they made photo calendars every year without get in trouble.

This has gone so horribly wrong in the past, I don't see it happening.
BUT, it's a new year, and there's nothing objectionable about a custom "TRF" logo, so who knows. Just don't offer it as a group buy! A big shout out to the old Swedish Fish as well!

Lets start off with a TRF LOGO contest and go from there. Keep the Rolex logo out of it so Rolex wont get upset.
I understand the importance of trademarks and the ramifications of not obeying trademark laws. However, this should not hamper any efforts of promoting this forum and having a bit of fun. thoughts?

Same here and I was just thinking about when they will let him in again?
It's a big loss IMHO.

The pronouncement has been made after the last fiasco.
No group purchases, ever. I hope that the Idle One will be able to return at some stage, once matters have been sorted elsewhere.

I was thinking of giving the merchandise away.

I don't think the other guy was getting sued but that's another thread in itself.

What about a home grown TRF pineapple? Oh, that wouldn't work either. Heard they take 2 years to grow.

Maybe you will get your 5 minutes of fame in "60 minutes"?
