I don't think there is but using the coronet is a no, no. IMO so is it RUSA that sue people in the rest of the
world Rolex dosen't care that much as in US. But when you do a trademark infringement to the name or
the logo you are in trouble I guess.

One guy here (now suspended) do some posters and get in trouble when he print them but in Europe they made
photo calendars every year without get in trouble.

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional

This has gone so horribly wrong in the past, I don't see it happening.
BUT, it's a new year, and there's nothing objectionable about a custom "TRF" logo, so who knows. Just don't offer it as a group buy!

A big shout out to the old Swedish Fish as well!

Lets start off with a TRF LOGO contest and go from there. Keep the Rolex logo out of it so Rolex wont get upset.

I understand the importance of trademarks and the ramifications of not obeying trademark laws. However, this should not hamper any efforts of promoting this forum and having a bit of fun.

thoughts?

There's an idea. Maybe a cookie to go along with Steve's new avatar?

Same here and I was just thinking about when they will let him in again?

It's a big loss IMHO.

The pronouncement has been made after the last fiasco.

No group purchases, ever.

I hope that the Idle One will be able to return at some stage, once matters have been sorted elsewhere.

What about a home grown TRF pineapple? Oh, that wouldn't work either. Heard they take 2 years to grow.

It's been tried and it never works out for the best for anyone involved.
