It's nice to see there are some "reputable" Mortgage guys out there. I wanted to strangle my mortgage guy last year when we bought a new home. I was at my closing when I found out they changed the rate on me Arby doesn't play that game. On threat of lawsuit they saw things my way...

Last week the RAT BASTAGE sent me a note asking if I had any leads for him.

Unfortunately I hear stories like that all too often. I live in the same town I was born in, and plan on being in the business for a long time and hope to have a lot of repeat business, client referrals, etc.

Even screwing up one closing wouldn't be worth it.

You sound like you have a business sense. Word of mouth and repeat customers are better than an ad in the paper. I went with a bank for a Mortgage because I didn't want to deal with a Mortgage Broker. He not only got my mortgage but the mortgage of the sale of my previous house to my son. I sold the house to my son first.

What's funny is I can understand if my mortgage guy would have sent out a "insert name here" form letter but it was a hand written letter. This is after I almost had the guy fired. Oh well.

It's a beautiful house. It all worked out for the best.

Ok I am probably going to be the weirdest one of you lot and yes I am ready for the funny remarks!!

I am a medium. In other words I talk to dead people! Well , that actually is now a very small part of my work. I now help people utilise their intuitive abilities in making good choices in their lives.
My abilities are also used by several goernment bodies who shall remain nameless as they would refute they use the services of people like me!
I have also worked for Police forces in Canada and the UK in missing person cases.
I also am used by some fairly well know celebs and also business people. I douse ( the ability to find minerals, energy, water, infact anything!) and those skills have been used by mining and mineral companies!
So really the talking with great aunt nelly and making sure she is OK is a very small part of my work now!
I love my work and it gives me a huge amount of freedom and the blessing of being able to live in two countries (Scotland and Canada!)
So that's me!

That is effing sweet. Talk about a job requiring some brass ones...I would be scared stiff doing what you do. The paranormal freaks me the hell out.

Thanks so much Tom and Ruben for your kind words. I love what I do and have been able to do it since about 7 years old. I grew up in a rambling old mansion in the UK that my Mom and aunt ran as a nursing home. I got used to having conversations with the people who had passed more than I did with those still with us!

I really believe that the best way to live a life is to be of some positive service and I found a way that was natural to me.
Not sure about brass one Ruben....Though sometimes in the winter I have noticed calanging noises from that direction

All the best and thank you knce again.
Ian

No.. She does similar stuff to me but is far more famous!!!
I think the thing I like to do in my work is make people aware that we are all the Sylvia Browne's or Ian Dixons of this world. we can all use our intuition and most of us do at one time or another. mY passion is that we use it more!

I just read your signature at the end of your message..I could not agree more!

No I am not familiar with that one, though oddly a couple of weeks ago I was asked to help on a missing child case from the 90's in Canada, the child would be of university age now. Still waiting to here back from the authorites if the info I got through was of any help!
I will google the name though and see if I can be of any help if the case is still ongoing!
Just for info, I never charge a fee for the missing persons work. I do well with my private practice and I think it's important to give something back!

Its an unsolved case from South Africa. He and his girlfriend Joey Haarhoff, abducted girls.About eight in total. Most likely sexually tormented and murdered.Never was anyone of these girls found.Rumours that they may have been sold off into slavery. When the police closed in he shot the girlfriend and commited suicide by shooting himself ,when he was chased by police, in his car. Case never solved and the bodies never found. His house was broken down,at the time, but nothing found. It remains a mystery.
