Happy ROLEXing, everyone!
As a couple of people have nicely pointed out, there are a number of things on your watch that is not right. I am going to be a little more blunt and say I do not believe your watch is a genuine Rolex. My experience has been that most people who have a fake watch, know they have a fake watch and that is not condoned around here. If you got duped or something, I am genuinely sorry to hear that. I would take it to a Rolex dealer ASAP and find out what if any part of it is genuine. People around here are nice and helpful and are always willing to give advice in advance on any potential purchases.

Going with my first one today. Hope to have my last one (Red Sub) back from service in about a week.

Thank you - it's a Grand Seiko from 1968. Second time I've owned it, in fact!

I don't have anything to measure with right now, but it's about 40mm across, and several more in length...It wears very comfortably.
That's awesome; IMO 40mm is the perfect diameter. I have an interest in vintage watches, but a lot of them are too small. I bought an original Tag Heuer Formula 1 without realizing how small they are. I never wear it because I think the small size looks weird.
