What is up with that bracelet?

The PIC is real bad, hard to tell if anything else is wrong with this thing or not.

i have only ever known two men in my whole life that could wear a cravatt and get away with it , small percentage of people just look great in certain things , others shouldnt try , the knack is knowing wich group you belong in.
