sounds like it was made for a man of your size!
you could (somehow), lease with the option to buy... potentially avoiding buyers remorse?

Good call!!!
I resisted for years trying to convince myself that it was too big, top heavy, too busy, blah, blah, blah. Finally pulled the trigger a couple of months ago, couldnt be happier with my decision, best Rolex ever.

Dan-O ...... I actually have had a DeepSea on my wrist at my AD .... and although I am not a big guy, I was surprised at how comfortable it seemed on my wrist. I think it is a stunning Rolex.

I was looking at a DSSD at my AD just yesterday and I must admit that it has a way of growing on you, at least in the showcase. I didn't ask to try it on so the thickness wasn't apparent from that vantage point.
I have tried on the DSSD on multiple occasions and while it is more comfortable than is immediately apparent on first glance, the thickness is an issue that cannot be ignored. I must say, though, at $12,000, it's a stretch to think that I would come to prefer the DSSD to my 14060M, which of course, I am madly smitten with.

For a guy your size, Dan, I would have thought you would have gotten it a long long time ago. It is going to look perfect on you. Congratulations!
The only negative thing about the DSSD is that once you get used to wearing it all the time, it'll ruin you with all the other Rolex models since they'll all seem so small and less substantial. I honestly do think that the DSSD is a very comfortable watch for daily wear though.

Congrats Dan! Hope you enjoy it. I love the DSSD but it's just too much watch for me as a daily wearer. Awesome piece though.
