I changed my 16600 up a bit (don't worry, original bracelet and bezel insert are safe and sound) and just love the way it came out. That's a blue Everest strap (1 of 10 made for 16600) and a bezel insert off the Bay (if anyone needs a nice trick on installing a bezel insert I found a great way of installing...I put the insert in the freezer for about 10 minutes and then put the bezel ring in a cup of boiling water for maybe 30 seconds. The temperature difference let me pop in the new insert without effort in about 2 secons flat).

I must admit though, after trying on the DSSD a few weeks back, I want one some day. I don't think it's wrong to like (or have) both. Hmm, now what to unload to justify the DSSD purchase??? I have a very nice vintage 1625 that rarely gets worn. It's a start!

There's quite a few Rolex models I would consider outright useless and ugly. Never thought a thread about such opinions would be helpful.

Perhaps if someone was considering one of those horrid models and I in fact owned it in the past, then perhaps as a previous owner my opinion on said watch would be helpful.

Too start these useless negative threads over and over again just to state what you don't like rather than it being in response to someones concern is.....well just dumb.
