I hope it is just a matter of getting used to it. I have the option to exchange it, but they won't do a refund.
Show a pic of it and tell us where it is uncomfortable. Maybe there is some way to remediate it.

Congrats on choosing what you like and not being maneuvered into something else!

1) If I tighten the watch so it sits behind my wrist bone it feels tight and uncomfortable

2) If I loosen the watch, it slides down and the buttons poke my hand when typing and driving.

I guess I need to wear it for a couple days in the right position and see if I get used to it. Should I keep it loose or tighten it behind my wrist bone?

Advice is appreciated.

In the last pic it looks a little tight - I would try loosening one notch.

You could always ask them to punch an extra hole in the strap if necessary.

AP can put an extra hole between two of the holes if you think it would help.

Watch goes very well with the car. Try it different ways a few day and see what works best. Looser seems to be a little better for me personally.

dead serious, I have a thorn i my side for the new 41 mm ROC, IMO the date window is too close too the chrono, looks like AP just used old 39 mm date dials. If you put the 39 mm ROC up instead is a more fair game. IMO is does the 39 mm don´t come with any design misses.

The 41 mm is comparable to the Jumbo, that one have the same type of issue...

Tight it up in the winter time and loose it up in summer?

Cost no object PP, otherwise AP

I'm personally not a fan of gold watches, plus they don't hold their value as much as SS in my view.

Instead of getting one, get them both in SS!!

Patek won

Having owned it for a while now, I can honestly say it is a great all rounder. Looks the business with a suit or jeans and a shirt/ t shirt. It has a young and refined look.

It's a 458 Italia currently wrapped in glacier white with a black roof. It has a few custom upgrades (wheels, audio system, lowers coilovers, custom reg plate...)

The 458 is a great car and I recommend it to anyone considering a car in this price range. It is much more fun and has more character than a 911tt and has the class that a lambo lacks. Just my .02

Nice patek and gorgeous 458. Seems you made a good choice. Fits your wrist better.

It is marginally bigger if you ask me for bezel size. In terms of bracelet the PP is marginally bigger. The initial bends in the case are at almost the same exact points, though the bracelet attaches further up on the Patek, making the solid case portion after the bend larger on the ROC.

That being said, the round design of the dial on the ROC has more dial area than the PP because it is nearly a circle vs. a square (pi*r^2 vs. width x length). this is what makes it look bigger "on the wrist" to people. Personally, I think it looks bad with the white dial because of that, and would prefer black as it would tone it down a bit...
You hit it with the circle vs square, the widths of the two watches are roughly the same but the RO is definitely taller by 2-3 mm. Here's a screen capture from PP's site:

RO measures around 41 in the vertical, so the height is what makes it appear larger on his wrist.
