I'm a fan of Omega, but...of those three, the Explorer, without question.

It's a a great counterpoint to your GMT. No polished center links, so a more subdued appearance. Simplicity itself. Understated. Elegant yet rugged.

From a collection standpoint, you will have the current evolution of two classic Rolex models, the GMT and Explorer.

The Omegas are both nice pieces. If you MUST have a date complication, then perhaps select one of the Omegas. Of the two, given what you have, I'd suggest the white dial version.

Were it me, I'd buy the Explorer. I've had mine for almost three years and it's a favorite.

1. Explorer
2. Blue dial Omega (if you think it'll actually get wrist time away from the BLNR)

That's a great pic, but we should still talk about the gorgeous blue dial on the AT.

Really? From Amazon? I love Amazon for toiletries, but for Rolex? no.

And to the OP, EX1 for the win!

Tjena Chogge,

I have been scratching my head, trying to decide between the AT and the EXP for about 6 months now. In the end I am fairly certain I will end up choosing the EXP.

I would really, really have to make an hard choice between Explorer I and the blue AquaTerra....I've seen the Omega a month ago on the wrist of a friend of mine and it's really nice.

I'd grab them both if I could afford them both...or that would really be an hard choice....

Resurrected thread. I missed it the first time around. I have the Omega. It's a beautiful watch and I can find no fault in it. However, it the only watch I have ever regretted buying. As nice as it is, it simply does not sing to me. I would trade it for an Explorer in a heartbeat.

Explorer without question for me, although, if I was going to buy any Omega that Blue dial AT would be it. The blue dial is gorgeous

If you didn't have blue covered I would say the blue omega. Given hat you do then go for the explorer!
