I don't know what your surname is, Geert, but I can guess what your middle name is: "The Enabler". That BLNR is stunning... and I want one!

Until next time...

To the sunday...Remembrance Sunday (and this posted on Armistice Day ! Can it be any better?)
Paying my respects at the Cenotaph and then walk around the block. I haven't missed one the last 4 years. And I do think it's important that we should always remember all the people that died in both World Wars. They payed the heavy price losing their lives for our freedom of today!

Statue for HM King Edward VII

Meeting up with Chris (christhegmtmaster) for coffee, catching up, always so nice to see him back.
Late afternoon I take the Eurostar back to Brussels.
To end the story of my little trip to London...
This is what I ordered and brought back with me. A new home for my Rolexes

It's strange I live in central London, and from my lounge window can see all over london, Shard, Gerkin, St Paul's etc and as I live and see it each day do not take a lot of notice of it, however when I see pictures like that it makes me appreciate just how lovely it is.

Some shots of our visit to Salon QP. Both Geert and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and saw some incredible pieces.

(apologies for the watermarked images - necessary I'm afraid)

Here you go James, this is the way I filled in the new splendid watchbox
Ofcourse, you'll understand the Cartier Santos 100 has to move to the old box as soon as an AP or gold Rolex is entering my colection
