Everyone deals with stress differently, so I wouldn't even hope to try to suggest what might help you. But at least knowing is way more than half the battle, so that's good.

For me, it's all about perspective and balance. When I was a kid, one of my least favorite jobs was dropping tobacco sticks. You had to take a huge armful of sticks down the rows of tobacco and drop them end to end. Naturally, the less sticks you would take, the more trips you had to make back to the truck...and vice versa of course.

The problem with more sticks, though, was that they became unbearably heavy really quickly and unmanageable (one or two would get pointing the wrong way and shift the balance of the whole load)...so you had a decision to make, go for unbearable and unmanageable and get done faster or take more trips and curse a lot less (but take a lot longer to get done). I think in a lot of ways, life is like that.

Good luck, G, and hopefully feel better soon. TRF needs your sense of humor, style, and unique perspective.

Dear Larry

Thank you very much for your comment, I agree, sometimes we loose the balance and things get out of hand. Having a supporting family and the finest group of individuals -TRF members- by your side does make a huge difference.

Gracias, once again
