Read your review with interest. Like you it was between the Exp or Sub No Date. Choose the Sub for first Rolex and have been wearing it non stop for a week and it is big and heavy and fills up my 6 3/4 inch wrist. Love the Sub but you got me thinking. Guess that's a reason to own more than one.

Contemplating if this should be my next, such a unmistakenly clean dial.

That's one of the reasons why I didn't choose the Sub; I have a diver from another brand and I don't wear it anymore, it's too heavy. Didn't want to repeat this experience with a more-expensive Rolex. The Exp suits me perfectly.

After a couple of days of asking everyone....."is this watch too small on me" and hearing "NO" it looks perfect! I realized, it was perfect!

Nice review on the Exp39. I was strongly interested in it but went the DJII route which I'm very happy with. For that matter closer to the Exp36 I've got an OP which is also a great little no date watch.

Good review, thanks. It's been a while since mine looked so shiny and scratch-free!
