An Indian millionaire.
This is a very normal method in Ibiza. Normally they follow you several days and when you went out from a meal or disco at night they wait till you go to your car. When you are in then they open the door and wearing a motorcycle helmet hits your face and presses your body to the seat and during this process the watch is his hands... Few hours later the watch is in a foreign country.
Sucks!

Thing is, knowing the British judicial system those two bastards will be unlucky if they get three months inside. They'll more likely get a suspended sentence i.e. slap on the wrist. I hope Karma intervenes first.

Yes. I believe that private property which is not creating a public nuisance is sacrosanct. This is one of the fundamental pillars of civilisation. And therefore one should take proportionate response. Read that how you will.

Sometimes I wonder if having nice things in life is even worth it when people around (even supposed friends or family members) will kill you to take what you have worked hard for.

OMG i just about puked watching this!! I got mugged when I was 17 and they stole my fake Rolex (before I could buy the good stuff), class ring, and shoes. A different attempt was made when I was 24 in the military. That had a different outcome- the weasel came up and acted like he was holding a gun in his jacket demanding my wallet and keys. He heard a car door slam in the parking lot and turned around to look. That is when I reared back and hit him square in his face with a Mike Tyson haymaker. He dropped like a sack of potatoes. For my pleasure, I added a right footed kick to the back of his head. Fearing I might have killed him, I took off only to find out the next day that he had robbed someone else earlier in the day and was ID'd. I hope these two sleeze bags are caught and REALLY hope they swing by my place and try to rob me alone without my wife or kids around and with no weapons....That would be fun!!!!

This just goes to show that maybe people do notice our nice watches more than we think as many here often argue, esp the nefarious sort. Actually at an ADs is where I had a bit of an experience recently, where a guy/customer was really eyeing my watch as I was being served and looked away when I met his eye, it made me feel a bit on guard and so I made sure I wasn't followed out of the ADs or was being waited for. Just a good reminder to always be alert in certain situations.

Looks like the police have arrested one and are hunting for the other who they have named. It's a shame to live in a world where cctv is necessary, but in this case it looks to have made the real difference between becoming another forgotten statistic and actually putting perpetrators in the dock. Hope they get what's coming to them.

Sorry For his loss, but I'd rather send $ for the 7 kids he has
