Most appraiser have GIA certification for stones.. this is of very little use when it comes to watches... I have yet to see a jeweler give a truly accurate appraisal

Nothing personal against you. I hate rubbish appraisals, these come from jewellery stores mostly. The appraiser does not mention the aftermarket dial or band unless there's more info on that appraisal than in your pic. Based on this "appraisal" a novice buyer will feel confident buying a watch like this with only an aftermarket diamond bezel mentioned, most presume the rest is OK which it's far from true. If they are not qualified to inspect a Rolex and report accurately they should not IMHO. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
