This watch is simply beautiful. One of my favorites from Basel 2016. And I dont see any problem in combining a world time with a Chrono.

Look on the +ve side. At least when you get it it will still only be correct 50% of the year but at least it won't have Riyadh on the dial and Moscow will he in the correct zone!

The launch watch featured Brisbane, Sydney, Marshall, Auckland + Sao Paulo. The revised version now shown on the web site features time zone for Sydney moved and then Noumea, Auckland (time zone changed), Midway + S.Georgia.
The same changes have been made to the 5230 compared to the Basel version but strangely the 5131R is staying with it's revised Basel cities ring (and being delivered to customers) so now differs from the other WT watches! 2 grabs from Patek website today + Basel press photo of 5930.

Ah I remember. Well maybe that's why they will only start deliveries in December. Seems crazy to launch something that is wrong!

Yes that does annoy me. You the top if the game and yet you can't produce a correct dial. Probably screwed up the balance by moving names around. But it's not as though they had punched 10 000 that they didn't want to waste!

Quite a few of them on chrono24 or around 77k US... Whats the retail of the 5930G??

I think it listed at $73 but guess that cant be correct, I know it was around GBP 48 000 before the 10% price increase but I paid In April....

I tried the mock up in Geneva. I think it's a beautiful watch, but a little too thick for its small-ish diameter. It felt it looked out of place. I like the proportions of the other WTs better.

I agree on the size but tt moved the watch away from a dress watch to casual. I dislike the 5230 intensely...the colour, the guilloche, the new size...just did nothing for me

the fonts are smaller than on the 5131 or it s just the photograph ?

The US list price is $73,712. You got a great deal paying in advance in GBP. I know the GBP has weakened further since April, but you are still one of the first ones to receive this nice piece! Looking forward to your incoming soon

Yes it's depreciated by further 8% offset by 10% increase so I am neutral. With the VAT back I am in for $57000. So I am happy.

Does anyone know what is up with the US list prices? I know a 5711 was $24,800 and now is $24,836? Not complaining at all just strange numbers like $73,712 for the 5930.

My gut says direct conversion from CHF. I can't remember whether the 5930 was CHF 65 or CHF 71000
