I wear a watch all the time including when I go to bed... the only time I take it off is when I go into the shower.

I always wear mine to bed because I can't figure out my alarm clock (it just keeps flashing 12:00, 12:00, 12:00), so I actually use it when I wake up through the night to see what time it is.
