Cross Bailey used for today. Patiently awaiting the arrival of my 146 and my Montblanc Royal Blue ink which is one of my favorite blues.

It WAS casual Friday so I rocked the Ludovico Einaudi Omas today/yesterday. Denim pants and scratch paranoia set it for back pocket storage while trolling the building. That pen is invincible! It's like that girl you see regularly who always looks 10/10 everyday no matter what. She tries hard all the time, that pen, and always looks great even if she didn't have time to take a shower that morning

My new... inexpensive Purple, transparent, stainless steal nibed, Waterman Phileas!
Sweet! And it worked right out of the box! I guess these are a bit rare, but still inexpensive! Ant they write as they should!

I think technically that one is a Kultur instead of the Phileas but yes, they are great pens. I used to keep them just to introduce folk to fountain pens because I knew they would always be reliable and fun. I hated it when they discontinued them.

I think the old model was a much more expensive pen. The new style has a small steel nib for it's size. Also I had to get a broad nib to achieve a typical European medium line width. It's a nice writer though and the resin is spectacular in person. It's about the bluest pen I've seen. I contacted Montegrappa several months ago looking for any other pens in their line up made of the same material. They said the new Espressione in blue was the only one. The other Espressione colors are a pearl effect.

Now that's a beautiful pen!! Looks like the same gold nib from the Emblema? I've had my eye out for a blue emblema if I should happen to find one at a good price. Also my most recent grail pen is a extra Otto in green malachite. Not blue exactly, but that green is spectacular!

Today was the Pilot Custom 845. I'm actually down to only three inked pens and cleaned up an put away a bunch. I'm feeling MUCH better now.

My new Twsbi Vac 700 1.1 italic was the order of the day. If you don't have one of these you really should consider it. As close to a perfect fountain pen as I have encountered. Love the vacuum filling system!

It was, unfortunately, produced in a very limited addition of only 17 pieces. Rafa Nadal was given one and the rest sold out immediately. I would, however, consider trading mine for your black 16613 plus cash. PM me if interested.

But I might consider trading you this straight across! I hate to let it go... but your can write with pens. Not so much with timepieces.

On second thought, I would hate to deprive you of your love. So, made it a 5711 in blue and we're good to go.

That RM needs more sprockets. I think I see a spot where there isn't one!
