So everyone seems to be saying here and on CWC ---> Nice watch with wrong hands at a good starter price of around $5000 with In house movement BUT not enough goods to sell this watch to speedy lovers
That is what I am getting ?

For me Tudor is trying to leverage its recent success in Black Bay line and take a further step to get more market with the chrono. Similar rationale can be seen for the BB 36 introduced last year. I am fine with the BB36. But the chrono with 200m of diving depth? A design confusion for me. Tudor shall try to build a classic pure chrono line, like Daytona.

Dive watch dial and hands - steel tachymetere bezel. Hmmm....
Much prefer the heritage chrono models. Just put the new in house movement in those.

It looks ridiculously thick! And, as others have said, the design is a mishmash of styles and genres that ends up failing in the end. First strikeout by Tudor in a while, I have to say.

Love the nickname Baytona, though!

Was wondering this on the thickness as well. My THC may be a modular but at least it isn't 2" thick. Not sold on this one but an in house column wheel integrated chrono at $4750 on a strap and $5050 on a bracelet is pretty incredible. Just hope the thickness is a photo trick.

I much prefer the thc or blackshield. I just don't like the big crown or hands on this model.

Totally uninspiring. I really wish Tudor would ditch the snowflake hand. It ruins what would otherwise be a nice line-up of watches, but this chrono simply seems to lack any personality. You'd really think they'd do some customer research on the QT before making releases like this. Shame.

Would of loved this with a diving bezel!

Diver Chronos are already contradictory, and I wouldn't have minded the large snowflake hands over the subdials in that case.

This dial screams diver, but the tachy bezel confuses it...

Agreed except on the pelagos where it makes sense with the square plots.

That's the first thing I noticed too. If it had thin hands I would like this

I agree with this. There are many Tudor models I would be interested in if it weren't for the snowflake hand. I know it's their trademark but still.

I like it but I am not buying so it is easy to say. The price seems good to me for an in house chronograph with a date. There are not too many around at about $4500 USD.

I wonder how many of these they are projecting to sell in the US, and if they will come anywhere close to their target.
