I don’t know if it is discontinued or not, but this was on Bob’s Watches Instagram account a few days ago.

FWIW, I asked my longtime AD about this rumor and was told they have indeed been informed that it's been discontinued. Unless I'm not looking in the right place, it's gone from the Rolex website too.

It's still on the website, but you have to use the "configure" option and go through the steps to change the bezel. They've redesigned the site recently.

This is not to say your AD is incorrect though. The WG BLRO was on the website for a while after people had reported ADs were told of it being discontinued.

Rolex silence on this matter tells me that an upgrade to a 126710 BLNR is imminent, along the same lines as the Pepsi. It might be basel 2019 before we hear it officially but I bet that production of such watches is already under way.

Long live the BLNR, soon better than ever !!

It’s still on the website.

I asked my AD yesterday about getting one. He said that model is reserved for their “most loyal customers” and therefore one would not be available to me...

If Rolex does discontinue the BLNR, is it really like them to just add an updated movement without making any significant changes to the watch ala a 126710?

They're weird about protecting their buyers as seen with the SS BLRO coming on a Jubilee and not an oyster to have there be a marked difference between the SS and WG models.

If it does end up being discontinued my money would be on a PM piece with an updated movement and new bezel color than it would be on a 126710.

Like a lot of misinformation things on the world wide web today about Rolex in general, many are complete and utter boswellocks, but today many believe boswellocks rather than facts.

Even if someone did know absolutely for sure directly from a Rolex communication that it has been discontinued, no one would believe them here. It’s just the nature of the beast.

Isn’t that the truth ! Availability and shortage, is it safe, and discontinued threads seem to dominate the forum.

Was a replacement named in the comm, either in an updated version or new bezel color entirely?

Got the call Friday, picked up my BLNR from the AD on Monday. No mention of it being discontinued.

Likely because there is already so much misinformation on the internet, here included.

Can't help beating the dead horse. My AD who got my Blnr 2 mos. ago just told me today he hasn't heard anything official of it being discontinued or not. He also said they haven't had once since mine.
