The only exception I find to my no TT rule is the root beer GMT old or new.

I owned a TT Sub as an only watch for many years and I am over it.

I think it’s great if you have the skin tone to pull it off. IMO YG looks better on darker skin. I’m probably going to get this ref for my wife.

What I did to mine

It’s a great travel watch, I wasn’t much of a TT guy but it was perfect at times. The mod was very subtle and beautiful

It is a nice looking watch, especially if you like it. I have owned TT once...a bluesy, which I still have a soft spot for. That said I found them too much of a mixed bag when wearing to own again. It doesn't matter what we think, it only matters what you think.

Yellow gold not for me personally but it is a nice watch but if i was going two tone would most likely be the bluesy

Personally I think it's a great looking watch - the colours go well together.

Its a great watch, I bought mine recently. I have an AP Royal Oak as well and almost went for the BLNR and then I didn't, frankly stainless steel is becoming boring. Too much time being spent bezel colors...that's just my view.

I hardly wear my AP since I bought this. Some people wont like two tones that's just the way it is. Even the Daytona models were not successful initially.

OP, I think it's beautiful but like everyone is saying you won't accomplish anything by asking that because as you see you're already getting a broad range of answers. I love it, but I'm not the one wearing it!

Ha. To make a long story short, my 4 year old had the runs. I was zoned out and thought I was in a texting my wife that message but it turns out I was replying to this thread. I deleted it but given the really odd message with no context I figured I would explain to anyone that may have read it before the edit. Cheers!

Best TT watch from Rolex lineup and beautiful.Nothing matches TT more than a GMT II, the luxury sport combination reflected in the metal Rolesor contrasts reminding us of the yesteryear of aviation luxury lifestyle.

Too funny. I need an app that allows me 30 seconds to recall my message. I’ve sent messages to the wrong person too many times!

A friend of mine recently bought that same model. Looks much more stunning in person than in any photograph I have seen. Green is a nice pop to go along with the yellow gold.

Have you ever had it polished? If not how are the PCL’s looking after all that time? I’m a little concerned over the whole PCL deal.

I love it! I feel fortunate that I love TT Rolex watches. They sing to me and make me feel great everytime I put one on my wrist. Each to his own but that is what I like, end of. I purchased the same YG TT GMT at a very genorous discount, simerlarly my Bluesy and DJ, whch is an added bonus. I am just gobsmacked reading the threads discussing the frustrations that so many are going through trying to get their hands on the SS pieces they desire. Also the crazy price premiums that they are comanding. Anyway I wish everyone the best of luck to buy and own all the watches YOU desire.

I've owned a lot of watches....
I just received mine a month ago and it's my favorite and I will keep it forever.
Sporty... classy...tough....GMT....love the SS/18k...perfect for all occasions and everyday wear.
Love that I've only seen 1 in the wild...see Subs all the time.
Lastly... the most comfortable watch I have ever owned.. case back is flat.
Good Luck

Tried one on last year and it didn’t sing to me. I prefer a tt Rootbeer over this.
