But I worry for him when he gets that first ding or scratch.

These watches are meant to be worn and enjoyed, not babied and fussed over. But hey, we have all been there.

This is actually very interesting. So what I’m gathering is that either absolutely nothing happened, no stretching bending or anything, or it did and would be immediately clearly visible?

The question is, is this an atypical situation in which -even one- pin was bent

From you pictures I don't think so. Does it feel any different?

I'm also still curious how you think you supported the entire weight of a person solely on a point on your bracelet.

Wash the watches, dirt is a cause. If you apply suntan lotion, moisturizer, even sweat can cause build up. Wash bracelet watches! Cleanliness is next to Godliness (it’s on Hans Wildorf’s headstone)

That's correct.

It wont. More likely under extreme stress it would break or snap.

I would think his arm would hurt or be damaged before the bracelet.

Scared of bracelet stretch

Stretch happens when dirt and grime gets in between the links from not cleaning for years. Your watch is absolutely ok.....as been said you’ll do more damage keeping the plastics on as grime and dirt accumulate along and underneath the sides of the plastic. Not always visible u till the plastic is taken off and there are scratches an scuffs from the dirt etc. No matter how well you think you’ll keep the dirt out it will accumulate!!....I’ve seen loads of watches with marks that have been left in this way.
YOUR WATCH IS OK!

In any case you are probably more likely to die from a bacterial infection from all the gunk living on your stickers than bending your bracelet from dancing

what if you fell down dancing, cut your wrist and the open wound came into contact with all the bacteria stuck to the stickers, then you would have something to worry about. You are worrying about the wrong thing
It happened.

In Die Hard.

Did you not see on the picture that his whole hand is missing? As he was lifting me up, his hand just snapped and broke off. But we figured the bigger priority would be to start this thread and make sure the watch is ok. We went to ER after reading all your comments, so the hand is fine now.
