Yes. No one is forgetting that they are running a business and that I am paying a jewelry store large sums of money. governors governor was basically implying that I am naive and dumb for stating that we have a great relationship and that I know that these people actually value my family and me.. I have spent a lot of time with my salesperson. She has been around my mother, my kids, my fiancée. She methodically helped us go through diamonds and settings and was there and a part of special private moments like when we finally found the perfect ring and my fiancée shed tears of joy. And then I shed tears crying like a baby when I saw what it would cost.. Hahahaha

I have my sales reps personal cell number. We text each other occasionally..

No one is dumb or naive that this is a business... but genuine friendship /relationship building and running a business aren’t mutually exclusive. I spend plenty of money at other establishments where there isn’t a special bond or connection with the proprietor.

I just didn’t appreciate governors governor’s comment. Without knowing jack about me or the players in this story he assumed and took the time to make me out to appear like a moron.

End rant

I

I am not sure which version I have. The blue looks different in every lighting situation. To me that is actually one of the most appealing things to the BLRO.

Mark I, debuted in early 2018 is my favorite. I've seen the MK III recently at my AD, and while the watch looks lovely, the colors are just too dark and kinda bring down the look for me.

The AD can take it back and sell it used at market price. Win win for everyone. Personally, I like the darker color. Not as blingy.

I would also vote for Mk III. I haven't been interested in the previous models, but I would buy the current version.

Really does look like a Coke insert! Surprised at how dark they are turning out now.

Seems a world away from the old colours.

twer I the AD, I would say, "wear it a bit and if you don't grow to love it I will refund your money." Knowing I, as the AD, can always get MSRP plus tax plus some profit on the deal and that way you, a valued customer are happy also.

The dark blue is dressier which fits my business attire better. I also think it makes more sense with the jubilee band.. the early astronauts that had Pepsis changed out the bezel due to it looking “like a toy” with bright colors. Sadly, I think you’ve made a mistake.

If pics are under or over exposed you can make it look anyway you want ....

Funny how the colours on the BLNR are very consistent but on the BLRO its always inconsistent .

I think you may Just prefer brighter bezels. I sold my hulk because of the bright bezel. If it is revealed with dark green bezel in 2020, I’m in! Thanks

I love the hues on the MK3. This is how a GMT pesi should be in my opinion. Pepsi in the sun, coke in the dark best of both words :-)
I skipped on the MK1 because of its pastel hues but this one is something else.

Mk2 is also my choice the mk3 also looks really good with the colors but what’s with the bold indices on the bezel? Why?
If they could combine the colors of mk3 and markings ok mk2 or shades right in between those 2 that would be an all around winner imo

Sounds like you should maybe pick up an 16710 pepsi. The ceramic colors are dynamic as opposed to the aluminum bezel. I have the so called Pepsi C MKI, I got in June 2018, and I love it. My favorite Rolex

Rolex has got it right if look at the real Pepsi color variations over the years. Mine looks like the 2014 colors.
