Doubt that, I've seen two locally just sell for over 12k USD. Perhaps just because of the hype, who knows? Who Cares? Point is, you're clearly in denial haha, and I'm the dummy. Right! GO back to your crystal ball, pal.

Like almost all modern Rolexes that are discontinued, there will be an upswing in prices and then a leveling out.

I remember when the 40mm SD-C was discontinued, everyone thought they'd go through the roof, especially because they were made for only a couple of years. They didn't.

As far as I know they're mass produced, right?
Other rolex with different color combinations are more interesting than an all black no date.

Snark remarks like these give away the scorn you feel.

Some models are more special than others. Of course that is my opinion.

Don't know why you feel the need to attack my comment, but I guess this is just Internet these days

The valuation as per Chrono24 has not gone done on my 114060 since I bought it in April 2019. The fact that it jumped to 12K seems a little ridiculous to me, but I guess we will so what happens tomorrow.

Can't tell for sure but the new Bluesy looks almost the same except the polished gold center links seem to have narrowed slightly. I just bought mine in July and I'm still very happy!

I'm actually ecstatic that there wasn't a blue "No Date" sub announced. I would have lost sleep over knowing that I couldn't have one. I'm happier now with my 114060 than I was before, because I love the maxi dial and case. That new Bluesy is incredible, however.

Once I became aware of the white text and SS crown on the new Bluesy, I became even happier I bought my Bluesy on July 3. I like the 40mm size of mine and the Maxi dial and case much better.
