The GC on the job I’m on right now has a champagne Rolex datejust 2 on his wrist. He keeps catching me looking at it. I was close to striking up a conversation about watches saying i have a similar watch but I didn’t. He’s an elderly guy and I just keep thinking he’ll laugh it off that I’m lying since I’m an apprentice in my late 20s. lol

OK, so it will be your daily wear when you are in your late 30's & telling everyone where the can put their poles!

IMHO it looks small, like a 34mm would look like on my 7in/18m wrist. Some people like it like that, I prefer a bit more wrist presence on my wrist.

Thoughts on datejust 41 size on my wrist

Also, are you sure about your wrist size? That looks like a 8 or larger from the photo.
I thought exactly the same. Much bigger than what the OP stated, surely?!

Looks awesome, and would even argue the SkyD would look too big!

I also don’t consider the DJ exclusively as a dress watch and I wear mine everywhere - it’s a sports watch at heart and can take a beating. I wear mine at the beach, hiking, at work at the hospital exposed to various fluids, at the gym when on vacation (don’t like leaving it unsupervised in the hotel room), and doing some minor construction at home. It’ll handle it all better than your bones will.
