Literally anything in the kitchen, my daughter's naps, how long it's been since she ate last etc... use it every day.

I’ve come to learn its greatest purpose is for knocking into random doorknobs, door jambs and other general obstructions.

The all new Wrist Saver 8000 (or somewhere between that and 15000, depending on if you went gray).

I use it like a fidget spinner when I'm bored. Never used it to timed anything as it was intended. Not even once!

Use it all the time for so many things I can't remember them all. Basically if I look down and the pip isn't at 12 I know I am timing something. So it's a reminder as well.

For so many things I couldn't possibly list them all here! My Sub´s the only watch (and the only Rolex) with a timing bezel in my tiny collection, and when I do occasionally wear a different watch I find myself sorely missing the bezel! I don't think I could ever buy another watch without a bezel...

Today, I used my YM bezel to time my and my coworker’s presentation. Surprisingly we each hit every one of our targets. Worked like a charm.

Parking meters, runs, in the kitchen, 2nd time zone while traveling. It’s pretty handy. I prefer it over a GMT.

Sub bezels are entry level. It's all about the GMT bezel!.

24hr with dual time, Day and Night colors, Countdown timer, Stopwatch timer

If you set the arrow at the hour hand and remember the GMT and local time you can use it as a 24hr countdown or countup timer.

I time pretty much anything from cooking to car park timings but primarily as a barber/hair stylist its main use is for timing my clients hair colour development time. I actually find it easier than using the chronograph register on my speedy.

I use it a lot to time my exams so I don't get too stuck on any section for too long and keep advancing through it. I also time runs, cooking, commuting, surf time, swimming... And sometimes I place it at some random angle so I remember stuff, as I always care for the triangle to be at 12o'clock. I sometimes use it with the hour hand to keep track of longer periods of time, like how long some car trips take.
Woah, I should get a casio G-shock or just use my iPhone hahaha

Timing how long I’ve been surfing. My hulk bezel became so full of sand at one point that now it’s uni directional 😂

Surfing got me into watches as I was late for an important meeting once because the waves were firing and I stayed out too long trying to guesstimate the time

I recommend a no bezel watch as the best approach to dealing with sand. I have surfed with my Explorer on 3 continents and during 1 hurricane and it still looks good as new
