Do you have ANY data — anecdotal or otherwise — that on average 30K+ new Rolex watches are flipped every month? Where are the phantom listings? Is the grey market gobbling up $300 million in Rolex inventory every month and storing in an underground bunker?
I've tried to explain to you, but you are incapable of rationale thought. I'm sorry for you.

I see A LOT of hot watches just sitting there at these marked up prices… a lot longer than they were 6 months ago. Not calling the top but there are indicators out there. Lets see what happens but would not be surprised to see some downward pressure on prices.

No absolutely we must debate the problems with the market.

From my view point, I see a lot of people making a lot of unearned money on the backs of Rolex watch reselling.

The Flipper needs to be eradicated from the market, some people resist that notion because of vested interest.

A grey dealer where I live has a pair of 116520 Daytonas circa 2005 sitting in his store for more than a year at least (overpriced and overpolished as well) and I have just noticed he increased the price on both of them by like two grand because grey market?

When the market will no longer bear the markups, that will organically resolve itself. Flippers don’t set the prices.

Still sitting there?

I have noticed a popular grey dealer appears to have limited stock to majority of rolex pieces appearing to be steering away from the bigger ticket items he has been known to carry. Rolex will be the last to fall but the relatively narrow lane of sports models are not enough to continue to support all these gray dealers. Just my opinion but I think this is a meaningful indicator.

Key word “over polished”.....people will pay big money but not for over polished junk
