Really wish ADs would allow trade-ins or start selling pre-owned APs, that would at least somewhat help with inventory.

AP talked about a CPO program before (including at the '21 model release in April), but I'm still puzzled how this would work at a boutique - are they going to pay $120k for a 15407 they sold earlier for half the price or let you trade a 15202 for a new 15416CE straight up? Charge $450k for a YG/green dial 26331?

Or maybe offer trade-ins in at MSRP or less, in return for unicorn allocations? Opportunities are endless, but a bit confusing.
