My boutique just allocated me a titanium ROO and I purchased it. It's my second purchase from the boutique (and I purchased another AP grey market). Is it possible to get another allocation in 2022 or am I looking at 2023?

With this sort of purchase history, is it reasonable to expect a rose gold, blue dial Royal Oak or Royal Oak Chronograph? I don't mind waiting a while, but just wondering if my relationship is strong enough at this point or if I am expected to buy more pieces. I asked my SA and the SA said "maybe not for your next allocation, but we can come up with a plan."

If you're AP SA is telling you "maybe not for your next allocation" then I guess that's your answer? I have been buying APs since 2019 including Royal Oaks and have not even been offered a blue dial as of yet neither am I expecting one at this point.

Did you sit down with the SA to make a plan? It seems that was a pretty clear message.

I should have been clearer. When he said he was going to come up with a plan, he was going to sit down with the boutique manager and then get back to me. Given that context, I was mainly just curious about options at this point (i.e., keep buying more) or if it was possible to just wait (even if an extended period) for what I really want. I realize my SA will get back to me with that info soon, but was just looking for other anecdotes.

No doubt. In absolute numbers USA is a very big market but thin per capital for watch nuts versus say HK or Japan.

Same with me, I don’t worry and certainly don’t harass as well. I was actually told mine would be next year without the rotor but I don’t mind. Patience is a virtue indeed!

I am kinda in the same boat as you. Just picked up a ROO and its my 3rd since 2018. I would be surprised if you can get any of these hot models this year. I am after any 37" for my wife this year and was told very little chance of any color. Having said that I trust AP so they will put you on a list if they say so and maybe you will get lucky this year.
