LOVE it. I’m a woman and I’m partial to larger watches and I’m 5’6”, average build. I wear a GMT and a Daytona, and I feel like my midsize Yachtmaster is as small as I’ll go these days! I’m hoping for a op36 at some point.

Welcome to the forum DNC.
That is a stunning watch and it looks perfect on you.
My wife has the DJ pictured above in 36mm and it looks great on her.
She also rocks a 31mm DJ and prefers it to the 36.
She said that the 36 feels to heavy on her wrist sometimes.

Enjoy that beautiful watch!

Hey Michelle... I dont have any decent pics of the whole watch. I have a pic
of the dial that i didnt take. That Meteorite dial is SOOO HARD to capture
in a pic because its constantly changing in the light. Let me try to see what i can do and maybe i can find some decent pic to post.

My wife wears the same pink dial DJ 36, and it fits her perfectly well. Then there are all the women above who are wearing the 36s and larger and the many who have found the love of their lives in the Daytona in the last few years.

I bought my very first Rolex in July 2022 from an AD here in Sydney, after a 4 month wait. I was on the waiting list for a DJ 31 and DJ 36, but the 36 became available first. I got a Stainless Steel & 18k Everose Gold with white MOP Diamond Dial Jubilee Bracelet. I love my watch and I’ve always liked big watches but somehow, I feel it’s a tad too big on my wrist. It’s probably what the salesperson from Rolex said that unfortunately stucked to my head. She said the 31mm would give a classier look. I got lucky to be able to get my Rolex after just waiting for 4 months. A lot of people I know waited for much longer. I wouldn’t want to wait again as I might have to wait longer this time so I decided to purchase it even if I was half hearted about the size.

What do you guys think? Would really appreciate some input as it’s kind of bothering me. For reference, I’m female, 46, 5'2” and 58 kilos. My wrist size is 15cm.

Thanks.

It’s all a matter of taste. It does not look too big, no overhang so if you’re happy then all good!

Judging by the pics, it looks absolutely spot on from my perspective.
There's no point in second guessing this one
It depends upon one's style and your watch looks very much like my wife's 31mm DJ does on her wrist.
It sensational

Based on your height, I would recommend 34mm or smaller without hesitation.

The ideal height profile for a ladies' 36mm, all wrists considered. Well done.

She might love a manicure

On a more serious note, 31 v 36 is subjective. 36 makes a good unisex daily. 31 is more elegant

My wife owns a 31, 34 and a mint 36. For a long time she felt 36 was too big…not anymore. Now she barely wears the 31 and recently picked up a Nomos 38…

I think that a 36mm watch is perfect for a woman and I also think that it is a very small watch for a man.
Enjoy your beautiful watch

DJ 36 too big for a female?

My wife has a couple lady DJs in different sizes and metals but she usually wears the CHNR, TT Sub or WG Daytona. They’re a bit big on her wrist but frankly looks awesome. I guess also depends on the occasion, for formal events she’ll take a lady’s Dj.

Ouch!

But, then you did have a nice save with size potentials. So, I’ll give you a pass.
