Thanks. Been wearing ONLY my Pepsi since the 5th of October and happy to report that it’s current +0s/day.

Slows a bit when worn, gains a bit placed on the night stand dial up so they cancel each other out.

Jubilee bracelet on a sports watch brings a new level of comfort compared to the oyster bracelet on my YM40 and the better ventilation makes for a less sweaty wrist on humid days.

Like many, I had to work my way up as I could not stomach the grey prices. Might’ve been cheaper overall had I gone grey but hindsight is always 20/20 I guess.

Nevertheless, I’m enjoying it to the fullest and unlike my YM40, which was running -3s/day since day 1, this watch has been spot on as we now enter day 2 of ownership.

Crown is also a smidge away from being a “Lucky crown” so I’ll revel in that.

While waiting, I came across threads that mentioned about the Bezel having variations in their colour across different manufacturing time frames.

Since rumour has it that this was already sitting in the vault at the back of the store, I’m not able to find out its date of manufacturer and visually, I’m not discerning enough eyesight wise to see if it’s a MK2/3 but that’s ok, it’s immensely beautiful to look at let alone wear one.

Cheers!

How and what did you find out it was sitting in the safe all this time? Congratulations on the beautiful Pepsi

You said “nearly a year”! Nowadays, that’s not a long time by any means for one of the most sought Rolex pieces out there! I have been waiting for more than a year now and I hope I get the call soon.
Either way a huge congratulations!

Hopefully they will keep falling, which will kill off the flippers

I got mine on nov 5th. According to the A.D this piece was received in feb and went straight to display and was recently put back in the safe.He said this was the last piece they received this year which is feb. They haven’t got one ever since.I think rumours about bezel must be true.

Congrats, I’ve waited 4 years, so a 1 year wait is perfectly doable
