The YM OF is super, but the blue dial on the VC is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice.
My choice would be the chronograph because of the look although, I would not be against the non chronograph overseas. The bracelet is awesome and the quick change feature is excellent, many different looks one watch. Cheers |

The VC bracelet is second to none. And it has the best blue dial.
Try it on , than you’ll know. |

Knowing both watches well, I'll say the YM 42 is more comfortable by some margin.

Looks like you’ve made up your mind. Personally, I’d keep the YM

I think I'd move the wg ym - color scheme is quite similar to your current collection. The beautiful part about the overseas is the flexibility of straps. Although, I would swap the ym for the dual time, not the chrono, as the date window location is a hard no for me.
Good luck, definitely no wrong decision here. |

I like the chrono version, I even like the off-kilter date placement!

I like the chrono if you are going that route. The only OF I like is the Daytona and the SkyD, I think the end links are really needed on the OF.

VC blue dial is stunning, also comes with rubber and leather straps. It's also levels above the Rolex in terms of finishing.
HOWEVER - it wears a little larger than size suggests, especially on the bracelet. The endlink to endlink dimension is larger than it needs to be imo. IF you have a large wrist, I'd definitely go for it. It always felt a little large on my 6.25" wrist. Also, go for time only. |

I would do it, Rolex is inferior to VC in every respect although Rolex seems to keep its value better on average.

I like the chrono VC better than the non-chrono. In the VC 5500, I prefer the reverse panda over the blue (not popular opinion I know). Love the VC's quick change strap feature, love every bracelet link being screwed together, love case and movement being Geneva Sealed (craftsmanship).

Thank you all for your input. It did really help. Pressed the button today and done the deal for the VC OS Blue Chrono. Had to put a bit extra ££ on top but this will be a keeper 100%. Thanks
