Thanks guys; My son and I were messing around with my laptop's special effects and that one came out kind of cool!
The watch looks better in the full size pic:

Hey Wes, Hope that nightmare job straightens out fast for you- depends on the customer, right? Sometimes the customer is a worse nightmare then the job!!

Thanks for the concern Michelle, yep depends on the customer, but also nowadays your own company are looking for someone to blame rather than looking out for you.

Was relocating a trading system for a bank, one site to another, and couldn't get it working and had to roll back last night.

Lots of fallout today, phone calls, emails. Hopefully I did my bit right, lots of systems come together for this.

Hopefully will blow over, this sort of thing happens rarely, and not normally to me. Not the end of the world right.

You're right , not the end of the world, and this "mess" will pass on soon enough!. Not that this is a similar scenario, but we have an auto-repair business and employ a few young guys....whenever they screw up,(which can happen- sometimes frequently, due to inexperience), My hubby can get all grumpy at them, and they point fingers at each other....I'm always suggesting to "cut them some slack" because happens ! Recently an expensive scan tool was stolen out of a vehicle that my hubby forgot to lock....he couldn't get grumpy at anyone but himself! It was a reality check for him that slip ups happen to us all! and company morale should not suffer- these "hard times" require company support, not blame passing!

I was glad I could be there. Tell Dave that I passed my check ride yesterday and now have my pilot license. In fact, I flew right over your house on the way back on approach to KPWA. You may want to get underground for a while.

Michelle, I'd be delighted to fly up with Kev to see you.

Kevin, my sister wants to come, too. She thinks you're PRETTY DARNED CUTE.

Oh! Congratulations on passing your pilot's test. Dave will be very happy for you.

Yep everyone makes mistakes, lets hope it wasn't me that cocked anything up. Unfortunately seems like in most companies nowadays is too lay blame rather than invest in their people.

YES!

Kevin would a pilot's licence be needed for this, do you think?
