That's the art, to try and spill more than you drink. Otherwise you will be on the floor.

Hey, good morning Lisa! Today is my son's first day back to school
It is pouring rain right now- what a great way to start the year! ( actually we need the rain badly, so I'm not caring about my boy getting soaked - he's far to cool to use an umbrella anyway,,,)

Nice Ranger, Bill.. I had an '03 Range 'Edge', Reg Cab.. got it in 2008. Clean- with only 47,805kms.. Sold it 07 July 2011 when it turned 50,001km....since I wasnt using it as much as I thought I would. - Sold it for $200.00 less than what I bought it for.. Not a bad deal, imo.
Miss it at times, but it wasnt getting regular use.. so it was time to pass it on to someone who will use it more regularly.....(b4 things start going wrong with it...)..
That is a really good work horse, imo...........!!

Hey, Michelle! Hope your son had an excellent first day of school. What grade is he in? And I'm glad for you to have the rain... please send a bit down here when you're through with it, okay?

Was probably 104F here today! Phooey!

Thanks. Yours is (was) a very nice example. One thing I've learned is that Rangers have a strong following in the US and beyond among anyone besides the fleet drivers (very common fleet truck). There are at least 4 or 5 Ranger specific online forums. Very handy for repair advice.

Just for fun I found this picture taken at my sons birthday party a few weeks ago. Ethan (hat) and some friends sitting on the back, enjoying the truck. Sitting on the tailgate and bed rails is ok (plastic bed rail caps) but there are a few other rules such as no sitting on the hood or roof, no stickers on the paint, no one else drives it etc.

Good morning Lisa! Austin's first day of school went as I had anticipated...."Boring"...... Anyway, I LOVE that he is off the couch and getting back into it! He's going into Gr. 10; Katie is starting her 2nd year of university next week- she loves school so I'll not have to worry about her being bored.
How about your three ladies? How is Violet adjusting to Kindergarten?

104F = frizzy hair, right?

Frizzy hair is right, Michelle. Dandelion head.

So 10th grade is boring? Yes, so is 7th. Roll eyes for emphasis.

Violet's doing better and actually enjoying school... but she's already caught a bit of a virus from being around little kids all day so she'll be staying home today.

Bill, Ethan's truck looks really nice. I like that picture... a slice of life.

Wes, I'm really looking forward to watching that video! However, please allow me to tell you that this angle doesn't make your butt look big!

...Now hold on, are you in your pajamas as well!?

Another beautiful song, Wes. Does the camera angle make your bum look big. Why, not at all. And I looked really, really hard just to be sure.

Thanks for continuing to bring beauty to the coffeeshop!

By the way, I've had an idea for a video the other day with a special thought for you, I'll keep you updated my friend.

Snazzy, think this is more UK slang means stylish, attractive.

Look forward to it Carl.

Alright, I just listened to it! That was just amazing Wes, I don't know how to describe it better than that but your songs carry us away!

Very well played!

Since 11, pretty sure I could play to this standard at 15, don't think I have really improved since.

Gene's, my dad played a bit, but not into adulthood. Always a shame when that happens.

Wes, thanx for the song and your playing.....music is a passion and playing is an art and gift. It soothes the soul and fills my heart with peace and serenity...and nowadays I really need it.....
My health issues have really been a concern this summer and listening to music and spending time in my gardens is the only solace I have and gives me the strength to continue each day.....

Thanks Leo, yes definitely soothes my soul, when I have a stressful day will sit down and play, and take my mind of things. I haven't found pleasure in gardening yet, more like hard work. Maybe later on in life.

Hope you are somehow coping with your arthritis, sorry to hear that this summer has been particularly bad. Any updates on potential surgery on your hands/wrists.

Hey Lisa...
Just saw a little blurb about the OKC mayor winning a Rolex from a local AD after getting a hole-in-one at a golf tourn. The mayor was havin' a good day!

There is also a cool article about Rolex being a non profit in that same newsletter if you click on the home page of the newsletter. I learned something new...
