that was a pleasant surprise, but i think even without the freebie, a all paid trip to geneva just to visit the MAD house is just as great!

i got an email this morning.... but dumb me deleted it after reading it. I read it as we Tribe members were to keep it private / on the DL. I won't say more than to hope you get an MB&F timepiece, as there are many glorious benefits and fun to be enjoyed! Their email communication is excellent!

Plus, let's face it, do you want to support Max and friends or _______

Congrats to MB&F and their amazing 20 years and MANY very unique movements.

PS: The MB&F LMSE here has been bringing our family very good luck.... consistently. Kinda mind-blowing, but i'm not one to complain. My wife agrees as well. Both are keepers

I hope they are setting a trend. It's not hard for some of the brands to do a nice gesture like this to thank their loyal fan base. Not Rolex or Patek, but maybe some of the smaller (scale wise) brands.

Swatch does it with their OMEGA Speedy and look at how THAT turned out for the Swatch Group. Look how epic fun the M.A.D. editions are. As i said in a previous post, do you want to support Max and Friends or ____ for your next purchase?

saw max today in the MB&F Lab doing an interview, he's in Singapore for a 2 day events to meet clients of the local AD (The Hourglass)

sad wasn't invited because i got it preowned. lol

Max and Friends always delivering smiles. It is joyously refreshing

Delightful horology and artistry aside (feels awkward typing that, the written word minimizing MB&F's mind-boggling accomplishments and mega-multiple movements)............ supporting the 'good guys' like Max feels good.

Reminds me of my early days (80s and 90s) exploring and supporting horology, when the world felt... smaller, more intimate. Apologies if i sound a bit melancholy.
