well... Agreed on this issue being posted/raised many many times. It is just one of those things you get from at a discussion board.....

Like te OP, I do care about the position of the Rolex crown, I believe I should get a perfect lined up crwon when spending thousands on one. Nothing to do with the performance of the watch - agreed! But if other luxury/hi-end brands can do it, why not Rolex?

It can be regarded as being OCD, but hey, it is probably just as bad as other not liking the current Sub oyster fliplock bracelet, the bezel not 100% lined up..., etc.

I care about the crown on in the up right position because it catches my eyes often as the watch sits on my right wrist.

Whatever floats your boat really...
