The morphine isn't worrisome, as most current medical people forget that during the Viet Nam war, the average IM dose of MS for an injured soldier was 60 mg, and IV was 30 mg. However, that syringe of epi is going to give someone the rush of a lifetime, assuming they survive.

If needed we usually stick to a milliliter every three minutes or so, but you are right . Interesting fact about Vietnam - sounds high compared to hospital standards nowadays.
