Costco Canada will also have Cartier and Brietling watches from time to time
As far as servicing goes the guys in back that do the tire changes will also be the ones to make any adjustments on your Rolex

For me the money you save isn't worth it.

I was shopping the Breitling Chronomat and I asked Costco to send me an Email providing they will cover the watch as long as I own it or am"satisfied with it" under the complete non Electronics return policy. Not only did I receive and Email back telling me they would stand behind the watch "as long as I was satisfied" They also have a special address to send the watch to if it fails If they cannot fix it FULL REFUND as long as you own the watch.

It does not get any better than this. I wished I could have purchased my Rolex at Costco. I have tested their return policy on items well over two years old and was completely satisfied. No one I am aware of has a return policy like Costco..(Maybe Sams Club I don't know)

Thank you for contacting Costco.com customer service. My name is Diana and I will be taking ownership of the issue with your Costco.com order.

Based upon your initial contact with the Costco.com customer service staff, I understand that you are inquiring about Costco satisfaction program for item#902871, Breitling Chronomat Men's Watch?

1. Would this watch be covered under Costco's "lifetime" satisfaction program? Yes this watch would be covered under costco satisfaction program.
2. Whereas a refund would be delivered if the watch ever failed? Not sure how the Costco total satisfaction warranty works in this case. If you are dissatisfied with this item, you may return it, refund would be process back onto credit card used on order.

Thank you for your time, patience, and allowing us to assist you with this situation. At this time I have closed this issue as resolved. Once an issue is closed, this inbox is not frequently monitored.

Costco Selling Rolex Watches

Today at the Costco on Broadway, Chula Vista, CA, USA, I saw a nice Datejust with steel bracelet for $5,979, and an Omega Seamaster for under $3,000.

Perhaps the only reason the ADs don't have to worry is the small number of high end Swiss watches Costco obtains to sell from the gray market providers.

I'll wear it til the wheels fall off and then just bring it back. I avoid PCL bc I hate the highly visible scratches, but if I know I'm taking it back, why not. Easier than flipping at a loss. I'm keeping my eyes open whenever I'm in a Costco

BNIB with warranty card.... the standard ROLEX 2year warranty should apply.

Having said that, I've only ever seen a Rolex in my local Costco here in Chingford (an 18ct Gold President/DD) once! - 10 years ago!

I believe Costco won on appeal so they are still selling omegas. if there are any JDs on the TRF maybe they can answer this for sure but I want to say the ruling set the standard for selling products such as this. I have seen a couple of rolexs here in NorCal costcos

WG Skydweller currently at the Costco in Alhambra, CA. There's also a smooth bezel DJII blue stick dial on oyster bracelet and a women's 31mm DJ with diamond bezel/"VI".

I saw a blue faced Yachtmaster at Costco a month or so ago. I forget the price, but it was less than at an AD - in line with what our trusted sellers offer.

I would imagine they are not obtained from Rolex, and are gray-market. A quirk in U.S. law that hinges the fact that Rolex is organized such that a company separate from the company that is the maker of the watches owns the Rolex trademark allows Rolex (the trademark owner) to take the position that the government can confiscate the watches as contraband. There is an appellate case confirming this. That case concerned watches at Sam's Club. I don't know if Rolex would try that with an end-buyer, but they wouldn't hesitate to proceed against Costco.

If they are gray market, and I am pretty certain they are, you will get no Rolex warranty.

This policy has changed, Rolex does not have grey market protection for their trademarks.

Believe it or not, I actively sought out my DD40 at Costco.

Unlimited lifetime return policy beats any 5 year warranty by a mile.

Problems with your Rolex in 3 years? 5 years? 10 years? Just return it and buy the 2026 model. No questions asked.

Alas they didn't have what I wanted.

Wow, amazing price.

Even cheaper than Jomashop: http://www.jomashop.com/rolex-dateju...ch-116300.html

Both are grey market. Rather buy from the one with an unlimited, lifetime warranty, not to mention cheaper, not to mention can inspect prior to purchasing.

Where did you see this?

They are almost surely getting them the same place everyone does, including the online grey market and the trusted resellers here, from an AD. That's the only place I know where you can get a Rolex originally.
